"The snootiest and least customer friendly store and spa around. Please avoid at all cost. They will not work with you to find solutions, but are super rigid and unfriendly. It's surprising,given how many alternatives there are in Marin county."
"Had a facial here in December which was ok. Left with a few product recommendations from the aesthetician. One of them caused my skin to have a reaction. Tried to get them to let me exchange product for something that I knew worked for my skin. They refused .. was outside their 2 week window. Seems a little short sighted and poor customer service especially as they recommended the product. Lady at front desk was unhelpfully passive aggressive. Better off going to the (many) skin product places that will stand behind their recommendations and products."
