"Stay FAR AWAY from this office. ESPECIALLY Ashley Acosta the gatekeeper. Made an appointment for a consultation with their online system. I received a call a day prior asking to move the appointment 2 hours later in which I agreed and was told I would need to send in documents I had regarding the consultation. The next day I waited and finally got called nearly 25 minutes past the appointment time. I spoke with Ashley Acosta who didn't even apologize for the late call. The first thing Ashley did, was take the $100 consultation fee over the phone, then proceeded to basically interview me with a bunch of questioning pertaining to my identity and history. Afterwards she advised she will send me the receipt of payment and to e-mail her my documents. So far so good right? I received the e-mail of receipt which told me I had to send it all my documents AS well as go in for a fingerprinting for "their records". I told her I will send her everything I have, and that I would like to skip the fingerprinting as all I wanted was an initial consultation. She proceeded to tell me she understands and said it'll be forwarded to the attorney. Fast forward 2 days and she e-mails me again and tells me the documents I sent her is not enough and that she needs the fingerprinting done. I tell her again and explain to her my situation and said she will forward the info again. I wait 3 days now and still no return call. Keep in mind, all I wanted was a 30 minute consultation with an attorney, not play e-mail tag with the gatekeeper. I reach out to her again after 3 days and she proceeds to tell me that she needs all the info once again or else I can't even speak to the attorney. At this point, I'm fed up with gatekeeper and tell her to cancel it and that I'd like my refund. Gatekeeper responds back and says no refunds and I tell her how they can take my money when I haven't even received legal advice and never spoke to an attorney. Gatekeeper says that I already had my initial consultation when I answered her questions on interview day and that she wasn't going to charge me for the supposed "second consultation" with the actual attorney. RIDICULOUS office practice who just wants to steal your money and not help. Good luck getting through all their gatekeeper of assistants to even get a hold of an attorney."
