"I had my first tattoo removal appointment yesterday. Beforehand I came in for a consultation and we greeted with a smile. Matthew gave me my consultation and was pleasant and very knowledgeable on the procedure. He answered all my questions. I made the appointment for a week later. Yesterday’s appointment was just as positive. Tara was the one to do my procedure. She went over everything again to make sure I was clear on how the procedure was going to happen and on aftercare She made me feel very comfortable. I’m not going to lie, it hurt a bit but I was warned before we started so I knew what to expect. She was awesome. Everything went as planned and I was excited to make my next appointment in 6 weeks. I was referred from a friend and I can’t say enough great things about this place!!! I highly recommend them."
