"This has happened several times. I order to go and I wait for the order at the counter. I am standing near the counter when I get the notification that the order is complete. No one called my order out. Then I try to talk to get the attention of anyone working the kitchen and every employee ignores me. They didn't call it out because they were short a plain bagel. I know their reasons. I can see they are making a ton of catering orders. Just acknowledge problems. I hope they actually refund me for the plain bagel I was charged and didn't get. I can't go here anymore."

"I had a good experience at this Panera! The customer service was super nice, and the place was clean. The food was good, but the only tiny hiccup was that they tend to run out of their coffee brew pots that are out. However, despite that, overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend it."

"Just this Panera. Ive been to others and never had a problem. They got my order wrong. Soup with bread bowl but I didn't get the bread bowl. For side I asked for chips on 3 orders. Instead of the chips I got extra bread. My order took over an hour to get. Not enough employees and they looked over whelmed. No parking near by. I would never ever go back. Waste of my money."

"Been going recently for the Unlimited Sips trial. Its a good brunch place. Pretty spacious and clean. Workers there are very friendly and quick to help. The cinnamon crunch bagel breakfast sandwich was amazing. The free coffee with the sips membership is good. Not starbucks but it does taste like legit coffee"
