"My Dr. sent me to a spine specialist because of severe pain in my neck and back, at that time my neck muscles were so stiff I could not turn my head from side to side. After reviewing the MRI the Dr. told me that my neck and back muscles were, in his words” severely knotted up”. He prescribed medication to help and suggested I try Acupuncture or massage. The pills helped a little but had side effects. I tried the acupuncture, but it did not work for me. Later I made an appointment with Eileen. I had never had a Therapeutic massage before and did not know what to expect. The first few sessions were a little painful as she undid the knots but after the third session the pain subsided, and I regained the full motion in my neck."
