Reviews of Kids Quest at Red Hawk Resort + Casino
"It was our first time bringing our kids to kids quest. I wait in line to pick up our kids which was a 20 minute process. I get up to check our kids out and she asks if I have a players card, I said I do but not with me but my husband does. I said does the card make a difference, she says yes it takes a percentage off so I said ok my husband is in the elevator I’ll wait for him. I step aside so she can help the next person. My husband comes up soon as she done with that person. I come up and Hailey proceeds to tell me I need to go back to to end of the line. There are 7 people in line so I waited another 15 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager if that’s their policy and she said yes, I had to wait in line twice since I stepped to the side and let the next person get help . She said stepping to the side and letting the next person get help means I got out of line and lost my turn. That’s poor customer service, I got punished for having the courtesy and letting the next person get help instead of holding up the line. Services are prorated."
"I recently had an unsettling experience at KidsQuest and I felt it was important to share my thoughts and concerns about my child's safety and the overall quality of care provided at this business. On Monday this business was staffed by at least four workers, with the expectation that they would provide a safe and nurturing environment I left my child for a little over 40 minutes while I went to grab a bite to eat downstairs. Unfortunately, my child had an incident where she was kicked in the eye by another child. What deeply concerns me is that none of these workers informed me about this incident, nor did they provide any care or attention to my daughter in response to her injury. As a parent, I trusted this centers to prioritize the safety and well-being of children. However, the lack of communication and care following this incident has left me feeling disappointed and worried about the level of attention children receive while in their care. I strongly believe that parents should be promptly informed of any accidents or incidents involving their children, no matter how minor they may seem. ( My child eye was bloodshot red when I picked her up first thing I noticed.) Additionally, I expect the staff to take immediate action to ensure the child's comfort and well-being after an injury. The fact that my child's injury went unnoticed and unaddressed raises significant concerns about these “workers” supervision and responsiveness. I also told them to leave a open tab for my daughter which she let me know she asked for a drink and the worker couldn’t even do that because “I have to wait for my boss” I am so upset I paid and gave these useless workers a tip before my child came out. They didn’t didn’t deserve it!"
"I am very upset as I took my daughter to red hawk kids quest, paid for them to watch her and she came home with injuries and her cloths where soaking wet. I asked why she was soaked and all the employee responded was “oh we have a area to wash their hands and she was there” it’s like, if you see a child getting wet why don’t you stop that? Or if a child falls why don’t you check on them to see if they are okay? My daughter could have easily broke her teeth and I was never notified until I got home and showered her. She has a bruised and scraped chin and has scratches on her body. This is very upsetting. Is red hawk going to do anything about it?"
"We did not have a good experience there just yesterday. * ~4:45pm: We dropped our kids off at Kids Quest. We were given a barcode back to show upon our return. * ~5:20pm: We returned and showed them the barcode and paid the ~$15 they quoted us which in hindsight didnt make sense. They called for a boy over the speaker. We told them that was not our kid and that we had the three girls. At this time, the manager on duty came over. This entire process was an additional 30-40 minutes as she tried to figure out the issue; and, she was rude and defensive this entire time. She also proceeded to charge us $38 on top of the $15 we had already paid. We had to again go back and tell her that she overcharged us and we now paid for 4 kids. She told us if we want to receive a discount or compensation we should "march upstairs and get a playcard" from Red Hawk. As with the comment below it is is absolutely insane to me that we would both be charged for safety breaches and bad customer service. Aside from that they need to seriously look into how this happened and tighten up their procedures. This place is very unorganized and lead by poor management."
"I am very disappointed in Kids Quest. I have been going there for years. A week ago I took my Twin grand daughters. There was an incident with a boy going into the girls bathroom. My grand daughter escorted him out. The sisters of the little boy punched my grand daughters. One even went so far as pulling my grand daughter’s pants down. Where the hell was the adult workers who were paid to watch the kids? I even got charged for the privilege of this incident! Even for the time my kids sat out in the lobby while I summoned the sheriff! Nothing happened except the parents of both parties were kicked out. I called Red Hawk, and kids quest corporate and have yet to get a call back to discuss this further! Beware of taking your kids there!"
