"My husband and I brought our 20 month old daughter as soon as they opened on Sunday and there was one other child with her parent. When we went to pay the girl behind the counter let us know that they would only let one parent in per child because it gets busy on the weekend. I told her there was only one other child in and asked if one of us could leave if it got busy. She said no and that those were the rules. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. When I got upset she told me that she would have let me in, but that because I had a bad attitude, she wasn’t going to after all. I told her that we come here regularly and that my mom brings the rest of the kids in our family and that we wouldn’t be coming back anymore. She didn’t seem to care and refused to let both of us in with our daughter. I could understand if the place was already busy, but we were one of two children in the whole place. Customer service just isn’t the same these days."

"I like this place when the day is very hot and I want to take my little one out to have fun for a while since el cajon city has been very hot lately in the afternoons .The only problem is that on weekends it is very busy and only an adult can enter with my little one. Another thing is that there is a food court and you do not need to leave the mall and you can return as many times as you want on the same day. my son likes it a lot and sometimes he finds friends with whom he can play ."
