"They ALWAYS have tournaments happening there. There's no lanes open to the public until absurdly late on weekdays. If they're always going to be full of tournaments weekdays, they should just put that on their website. Don't even bother coming here."
"We just walked out of Surfbowl because we were told by the cashier they won't have any open lanes until 9:30pm, 4.5 hours from now, because they have a league coming in and they take up a lot of lanes. There are empty lanes now. He literally told me not to come M-F. If that's the case and you can't accommodate customers, you should post that online or at the front door. It's been a couple of years since I've been there but I definitely will not be going back. I've never felt so unwelcome."
"Great bowling ally! It's really fun on Friday night cause they have disc lights, there was a wait but it's worth it! Staff is very helpful, our balls got stuck and staff was there fixing the problem in no time. Highly recommend!! Everyone that works there is very kind"
