"Someone local mentioned that if I was in the area I should visit this place. And so I did. I walked out very disappointed.. I had an idea of a cheese tasting sort of thing but no. Poor customer service, little to no help explaining how the store works: is it a deli? A cheese shop? Both? Employees did not show interest or whatsoever in making the visit outstanding and wanting us to return: after placing my order, they never asked if anything else was needed or wanted, or if I wanted to eat inside/outside, or questions you get asked when visiting an eatery. I walked out very disappointed and don’t see myself returning here."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. Upon entering it looks like a nice little shop. Then you get to the customer service and well it starts declining. They were very racist and rude. They made my food super sloppy and just threw it on the counter. The salad they gave me was super wilted and even had a smell to it! I went to use their restroom before I left and saw a roach crawling across their kitchen floor. Not to mention their kitchen was a complete mess, Won't be back here ever again."

"Vivant Fine Cheese was a sweet find in Paso Robles. They have so many varieties of cheeses from cow to goats milk and the selection of meats was also amazing. We picked up several small packages consisting of Gouda (cow and goat), triple cream Brie, havarti, mortadella, hard salami and some habanero jelly and local olive oil. Everything was delicious and the customer service was amazing."

"We were pleased to find this cheese shop in downtown Paso Robles. They provided a lovely cheese tray with five different cheeses, Marconi almonds and dried cranberries with local baked Italian bread. The service was great and the server and knowledgeable about the variety of Cheeses served. We enjoyed Hearst Ranch Chardonnay. I highly recommend this cheese shop and was perfect for our little brunch."

"Beautiful cheese shop not far from downtown and close to the train station. The staff was very friendly and sampled some nice cheeses for us -- including local cheeses. The prepared food looks delicious as well. Will definitely try it next time!"
