"I came to Stockton to help my pal Cap't Wilbust Crunch recombobulate the Kastillian Gears on his Tallywacker Thruster Machine, and we all know if it doesn't line up just right...there'll be no harvest. Well, with the help of his neighbor Ms. Primpuss we able to get the damn thing fixed, and for good too. Everyone was so happy we all celebrated with an absolutely amazing dinner at Midgley's Public House Restaurant, and I'll tell you...the food was Spectacular! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆"

"Stopped in for an impromptu birthday dinner for my wife. Had the asparagus cigars for an appatiser which were delicious. My wife had the deep dried fish and shrimp and I had the sweet chili salmon. Both dinners were excellent. The service was top notch. The price was a little high but here you get quality and great service for the money."

"Came here on New Year’s eve, they had a dinner special menu, not anywhere near as good as the regular menu not worth the 240 dollar tab we paid. My prime rib and my partners steak were both rare despite us asking for medium rare. Our server was also clearly inebriated. She was slurring her words , forgetting what we said and even forgot the table behind us paid her in cash.(i know it’s new years but cmon you’re at work). We usually love midgleys but everything combined made our new year’s eve / anniversary dinner a bit of a let down."

"We were supposed to go to a different restaurant but we ended up here. I'm glad we found this and will be our go to place for special occasions. The food was delicious and the service excellent. The steak was exceptional. It was tasty and cooked to our liking. We will be back"
