"I was disappointed. The atty spoke to me as if I were lesser than. I felt belittled and shamed. The atty was emotionally immature and seemed unaware of the federal laws regarding my legal complaints. I am a senior citizen, disabled military veteran and a human being. This atty did not do his due diligence. I am disappointed this person practices any kind of law at all. Shameful. Try harder. Be kinder."

"Had a very important court appearance that I need a little help to understand. I filled out the paperwork exactly as I was told only to not receive a call back. So I went back to the office, (where I am standing right now) and the lady that answers the phone had a very bad attitude telling me they can't help me even before I explain to them who I am and why I am here. I tried to explain that my court date is on Monday and today is Friday I just need a little help understanding something. The lady on the phone shot me down in flames. "I was given the number for a consultation as a professional referral to Ray Churba at this location. I called left a message ONE time. I received a call from his office stating "I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU GOT HIS MOBILE NUMBER BUT YOU NEED TO STOP CALLING IT" I had no idea I had a number I shouldn't use and i only called it one time so i was a bit confused and feeling attacked .I asked the lady What the income cap is because i need to get a divorce started and she insisted i had to do an application and wouldn't tell me the income cap. We went rounds about this because i didn't want to waste my time .It was all a lie she wanted my address to send me a letter from this lawyer. It stated he is not inclined to work with someone who calls his cell instead of coming into the office to apply. I only ever called this number once and received an attacking call and letter from his office that is mind blowingly unprofessional. The call could have politely let me know I had used the wrong number. I would have deleted the number immediately as i did after this call .I'm just taken back at how misleading this was to ask for my address to send an application but it was actually to send this crazy letter to let me know he wouldn't work with me after already rudely addressing the issue in the call. I can't imagine how they treat hired clients. I will and would be paying money for a professional lawyer. Im already going through enough trying to navigate a divorce let alone to be treated this poorly ."

"I cannot praise this attorney enough. In May, I was dragged into court and bullied, intimidated and just plain mistreated at a time when I should have been enjoying my newborn son.
