"Burger was disappointing, especially given the rave reviews. I found the bun to be dry and the patty to be tough (not overcooked, just over-mixed or over-compacted or something.) Toppings were very good though. The warm pretzel was also similarly disappointing, dry and hard. I'm a fiend for warm pretzels and I threw most of it away :/ I look forward to trying this place again for a sausage and hopefully updating my review to be more positive."
