"Checked in 1 hr before my pickup and got loaded 4-5 hrs I asked for in and out times and the guy at the shipping office said he is not allowed to provide me the times .. Not cool.."
"Park on street and walk to shipping office. Got me in a dock before my appt time and I was loaded in about an hour and half. Friendly staff and easy backing here at this facility, just a lot of traffic in and out. Once loaded pull back out to the street and walk back to the shipping office for your paperwork. Person will walk out to put seal on your trailer and you’re good to go. Wouldn’t mind coming back here."
