"Great hotel, very clean, good complimentary breakfast in the morning. Roughly 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Service was excellent! Stayed here Feb 2020 and the hotel felt brand new!!"

"We paid for parking and they Broken our car. They show me a piece of paper as evidence. They can write the damage after they broke your car. So TAKE A PICTURE BEFORE. They told us twice they will look the cameras and show us the video when we arrived but OF COURSE after that they said they can't. the Manager yelled us so bad and when we were talking he was talking on top of us, I have to said "can you let us talk please?". Another thing, they charged twice the reservation. they charged to my mom's card and mine. so we had to claim but they let me on phone for hours. DONT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL."

"Holiday Inn Anaheim Downtown I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my family vacation in Anaheim. The location was perfect for visiting Disneyland as it was only a 10-minute walk away from both parks. The room was spacious and clean with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped with a shower stall and a bathtub. The TV had plenty of channels and there was free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied with hot dishes like eggs, bacon, pancakes, cereal bowls etc., as well as items like yogurt parfait, bagels, muffins and their signature warm cinnamon rolls., plus coffee , tea , juice , milk , etc. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful . They greeted us warmly when we checked in, gave us useful tips on where to go and what to do in Anaheim, helped us with our luggage when we returned from our trips to Disneyland , checked on us regularly during our stay, answered our questions promptly, resolved any issues we had quickly, thanked us for choosing their hotel, and wished us a safe trip back home . The amenities at this hotel were great. There was a pool that was clean and refreshing, a fitness center that had modern equipment, free towels provided . There was also a restaurant next door at the Home2 Suites by Hilton that served tasty food at reasonable prices. I forgot to mention there was also a bar inside the Home2 that offered drinks at happy hour. The location of this hotel was ideal . It was close to Disneyland ( only 10 minutes walk ) as well as other attractions like Downtown Disney District , Angel Stadium of Anaheim , Honda Center etc., It was also close to public transportation like buses , trains , light rail etc., It took me about 15 minutes to get around by these means . I think this hotel offered great value for money. I think this price was fair considering what we got in return. We had no complaints about our stay here. Overall rating : 5 stars I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, convenient, affordable place to stay in Anaheim . It is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at."

"We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is fairly close to Disneyland. Clean, nice staff and an average breakfast selection. Pool seems unheated and is small but not very crowded. Being close to the freeway it is noisy especially while trying to sleep after a day at Disneyland."

"The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I appreciated the sundry shop in the lobby--it was self service and had plenty. The room was clean, and roomy and I did like that. The cons was the abundance of noise pollution. Which wasn't too big of a problem for me as I wear ear plugs every night anyway--but we were in a room close to the Santa Ana Freeway and was loud. We also had an upstairs neighbor that we could hear mornings and night--so noise buffering from above wasn't what I expected from a a Holiday Inn. I'd stay here again if I could possibly request a room on the opposite side of the hotel. I have stayed at several hotels in the area and it ranks in the top 2 for condition of the room and the friendliness of the staff. I really do thank the staff for their generosity and welcoming spirit. The issues I believe are out of their control."
