"Upon coming into the store I knew they had a good manager. When I inquired who the manager was she was out stalking and cleaning the store. I would highly recommend coming here if she is still a manager as she was quite nice and everything was in order and clean. You don't always see that with the other Claire's stores. The only downside was that they didn't have the plushies we were looking for but it was still nice to look around."

"They closed 8 minutes early, as we were walking up to the store. I explained that we'd driven all the way to the mills just for Claire's, for my young daughters. I asked if they'd please make an exception, I pointed out that it's not even closing time yet, and the girl did not care whatsoever. Very disappointed. I manage 2 stores in surrounding malls... We make those exceptions all the time. This is just bad customer service from a girl who has no customer empathy."

"Store was busy but very clean and employees were not overwhelmed and very attentive to everyone. My son had a very good experience getting his ears pierced. The employee who did it for him was so nice and made my son feel very comfortable. Highly recommend"
