"I ordered something online and when I got there to pick it up after several days, the told me to wait half an hour to prepare it for pickup. I went out in the mall and after 15 minutes, I received an email that my order is "ready for pickup". I went back to store and they told me my order is cancelled due to some mistake in the system! But I showed them that my order status in the website is ready for pickup and there is nothing about the order being cancelled. Finally, turned out that it was all by the store staffs because they didn't want to give me the product since I bought it online with a $10 new user discount. I received my refund in my credit card after two months! It was my first experience with them and it will be my last. Will not suggest anyone to shop at Claire online or in store especially this store!"

"So I took my 6 year old daughter to get her ears done and my daughter wouldn’t let herself not their fault but they made me pay for earings that didn’t even get put into my daughters ear. I didn’t touch them at all so how is it on me?. $50 literally to the trash. She could have told me thats their policy."

"The staff was very nice. The ear piercing machine is a hand held staple type of gun not the quick piercing gun. I wish this information was mentioned on there side or even before agreeing/ paying for the earing and services. I left very upset with how much my daughter was crying but of course shes fine, but how long things took to get done because after the first ear she was so scared to do the other. And I would've had to pay again if i needed to go back later for the 2nd one. Yes I should have asked what they use, but if you advertise about doing piercing i would figure you have the tight equipment."

"Came in to get my 3 daughters' ears pierced. (Ages 11, 8, and 5). The assistant that helped us was super patient, despite the store being really busy. My littlest kept going back and forth about wanting her ears done. Although the associate helped other customers in the meantime, she let us take all the time we needed and never pressured us to hurry up. The piercings came out great."
