"Staff needs training on customer service. We were visiting in town for a basketball tournament and decided to go to the mall for a little bit. I walked in the store and the first thing the clerk says with a terrible attitude is we’re closing in 20 minutes and you can’t pay with cash because I already counted the drawer. I told her that it would’ve been nice to be greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. 20 minutes means you are still open and I am permitted to shop. Lovisa missed out on a great customer and a great sale. I just politely walk out."
