"This place is always packed! I feel like this place is understaffed but with what they do have, customer experience is great. Especially when looking for specific items. I went there to buy a pair of earrings from the piercing section box. And in case any of you don’t know, it’s $10 less than the price shown because the piercing service was not done, just purchasing the jewelry."

"We had a wonderful experience this past Friday the 24th, the young lady who helped me and my family and our piercing’s was so amazing at keeping my kids calm, she knew exactly what to say to make them feel at ease, she helped the bunch of us with no frustration noted in her demeanor, she had a smile on her face the entire time, very personable! My only regret is not remembering her name so that I could personally thank her for such an awesome, comforting experience you offered me and my family, there are very few and far between experiences like these nowadays and she deserves praise! "I got piercing today, paid for "a pair" but only got one pierce cause she didn't explain it and I thought she asked: do u want another one?: means paying for another Piercing so I said no. She knew I want 1 hole on the right and still didn't suggest I should get the single one. I ended up paying $40 for just 1 piercing. Lol the other one she popped it off and give it to me. I only found out at that moment that I can get both sides with that package. All she said was I already took it out, it's too late now. Lol I feel like I got scam"

"This place always has amazing deals like but 3 get 3 free if not something very similar but even still the prices here are extremely cheap and you find the most awesome treasures you won't be able to find anywhere else. Ultimately one of my favorite stores every single accessory that a girl could ever want in one store"
