"My wife got her ears pierced here and the associate that did the piercing was great. My daughter loved all the accessories as well so we ended up buying much more than expected. Everything was great except one of the associates, maybe she was the owner, guilted us into donating. At checkout she asks, “How much are you donating today?” I look at my wife and it’s kinda awkward. I reply we’re not donating and she goes, “how about you round up?” Hey, I understand it’s for a good cause but I don’t think that’s how you should go about getting donations. Don’t guilt or pressure people into donating their money. You don’t know their financial circumstances. If fundraising is that important to you, you should find other ways to do it."

"They ladies who’s working there rude and disrespectful also came there 2 times every time they told me something different should do before the ear piercing! First time i called the said okay no problem when i came to the store they said the baby should over 2 months so i went and back today they told me the baby should have the shoots before and they never told me this before! Definitely never back to deal with those 2 rude employees"

"Its a nice little girls shop. My kids love it. I would buy them stuff, but this place wants like 20 bucks for a little suprise bag. They do know current market value is more like 5? Cheap, easy to loose necklaces and bracelets. I could be the only one in the store and still feel crowded. They need to get rid of a merchandise tower or something. Open some space up."
