"I wonder why you make an appointment if you have to wait like 2 hours to be helped and when I asked why, a very rude guy told me that the appointment is to be allowed to be in the building… what a bad experience.unfortunately whoever works there, has not been trained on customer service skills… he probably thinks he is in Ecuador, unfortunately, that’s the bad culture of customer service that we experience in our country. They don’t know they live in USA and those bad habits don’t apply here. Hopefully somebody cares about the surveys."

"If I could give them a minus 5 I would. Worst experience. System down and they didn’t do anything. After a year waiting they called me cause I was insisting and they told me ow sorry you need to comeback because there was a mistake and we are changing our system. The worst is I’m here this year and the lady that answer the phone gave me the wrong time of my appointment. I feel like every time I come I’m wasting my time!!"
