"My mother in law had an appointment today for the medical exam/ for immigration paperwork/. After "consultation" were told that doctor will be available only next week. But the paperwork needed asap. When I asked why they didn't let me know about doctor availability before making appointment, I was transferred to the nurse name Virginia, and she spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional way/wasn't think that she was a "nurse/ Because in a health care centers nurses needs to be more helpful and caring ones. I am working in the hospital and I know what customer service is about."

"Virginia has to be the rudest nurse I have ever encountered over the thanksgiving holiday I needed an inhaler she refused to refill my prescription.DEMANDING I come into the office (I had no medicine left at all) yet didn’t have an appointment till dec 6, insisting I should go to an urgent care instead of just refilling my prescription, There are never any Drs. In the office and Virginia thinks she owns the office throwing her weight around literally hung up in my face"

Dr. Ram's office had the best pricing and was able to schedule me the same week. After a couple of months, USCIS requested new copies of my paperwork.
