If I could give it 0 Stars or negative Stars I would do that. My fiance bought my ring there. Not just my ring. The set with earrings and a necklace another ruby necklace and some more jewelry. He spent a lot of money and he paid cash. We got the insurance for the ring but not for anything else. The first time I wore my Ruby pendant the chain broke. We went back and bought a new chain for $35. I had it for maybe 2 days and the clasp broke. I brought it back in and they charged me $20 to fix it. So now my $35 dollar chain is a $55 chain. Maybe a week later I was adjusting it on my neck and it snapped in half. Not the clasp, the chain itself. I brought it back. It was longer than the 30 day warranty and they wanted to charge me $30 to fix it. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will never buy another thing from Daniel's and if you're smart you won't either. The manager had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy another chain since the one that I had was only $35 oh wait $55. And I told him I will get another chain but not from you. I bought a chain on Amazon for $11 and it lasted more than your expensive chain. I went to walk out the door and the manager said, wait don't forget your necklace and I said throw it in the trash because it's trash."

"Bought a ring and they sold me the insurance but when it came to getting my item replaced all they did was gave me the run around the manager said to me he would take care of it and then went on vacation and never even ordered my item, Deff!!! never going back to that store horrible customer service especially it coming from the store manager"
