"Worse place to eat, horrible food, horrible service, and terrible policy… I am very allergic to tomatoes and asked for no tomatoes but yet got tomatoes and had an allergic reaction and I can’t even get my refund back!! Not to mention they are way over priced. First time trying them and I will never go back."

"This sonic location is awful. The employees are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. We ordered three meals from the menu and there were several things missing and one item wrong. We asked them to replace the order and they refused saying that they would only remake what was missing. We explained that the food was not only missing but incorrect and that by the time we get home the food we’ve been handled will be cold and unpleasant. They still refused. When we asked to speak to a manger they said they would call us back. Awful place to eat. Completely dissatisfied."

"We pulled in and ordered our food and tried to pay with a card,it was done through the order box it was hard to reach I thought it went through but didnt,The chili dogs,popcorn chicken and onion rings were over cooked and hard ,all of the food had the same funny taste to it then trying to get out of the parking spot was really difficult, not enough room,had to have people in the drive through move and stop to let us out and still almost got hit. The only reason they got as high as a 3 star rating is because of the kid that brought our food."

"Went to get a coney before the lunch rush today and had an excellent experience! Kristopher took my order and started it with a very welcoming "good morning" and was very patient when I was trying to figure out what else I wanted half way through. He was also the one who brought it out and triple checked to make sure we had everything that we needed. He definitely made sure that we'd want to return just from the service alone!"

"The food is good quality and fresh as long as you don't order the Jr. Items that sit waiting to be prepared. The service was very friendly and will hold a conversation when asked to but briefly. The wait in drive thru was approximately 45min at 4pm and 15min in the stalls. It is expected to drop down to reasonable times after the first few months. The online app for this location is unavailable at this time probably due to the serge of customers that would make it chaotic. I was provided with materials that indicates the employer is not abiding by state law regarding required rest breaks and is up to $1,000 per occurrence. This is not ok to do to your front line worker's as they are paid for breaks. Not giving breaks and inputting them after the fact is theft hopefully that is not the case. This review and the material supplied will be forwarded to BOLI for an internal investigation. Any response to this review will be sent."
