"I can see by the other comments I'm not wrong. I signed up on line and waited 6 weeks. I went to 4 other places that all said I had to go here. Got there and waited 30 minutes until a man started to help other people before me. He lied and said they were there first. Then he ignored me and took others without appointments. I was screamed at by an old hag who said, "I can only help you for 15 minutes!" You can't say anything about how bizarre the employees act because they will throw your application in trash. You are at the mercy of these awful people and they know it."
