La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Sacramento North

"Well, I stayed here a couple of nights.. nowhere near the best hotel ever.. it was hair in the tub upon arrival, the TV is very small, the bathroom is entirely too small, there were 3 roaches we killed in the room. When we departed, the fire department was outside our room looking to what seemed to be training, which was fine because it was loud, but you would think you would alert your guest. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 850am day one when we were not checking out, we did let the front desk know when we were leaving so they could touch up the room, when we got back no Housekeeping ever came so we went to the front to get more towels and tissue and little did i know the manager would help me, he was not friendly or helpful, didnt seem to care about much. I did notify the lady at the front desk when I left, and she let me know she would let the manager know.. ah, don't worry about it, he's not gonna do anything at all about any of the issues. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable, and it was not a noisy area. It is about $80-90 a night when we stayed. Room 126, its also red stains in the restroom door and shower curtain, front dest lady acknowledged that which means they are aware.. oh, but dont worry, it's not blood, so i was told. Good luck"

"By far the worst la Quinta I've ever stayed at. I slept for approximately 2 hrs all night, between the guy in the next room waking me up whenever he would take a leak because the walls were so thin and the couple in a different room yelling for their dog, although animals are not allowed here. Also as soon as i got into my room i noticed someones hair on the washcloth....GROSS. Bring your own drinks because a 12 Oz can of soda is $3.00. My advice? Stay somewhere, anywhere else. I would have gotten more sleep had I slept in my car. To the owner I did call the front desk and was told there's nothing they could do this is about 15 minutes after I checked in I wasn't just going to sleep in your parking lot and waste 130 bucks that I just paid to stay in your hotel . you seem to talk a lot about thanks for the reply and thanks for telling me how things are there but when it comes down to it you don't take care of your customer. I called the front desk at least three times at night about the people yelling at the dog and that guy next door peeing being so loud I was continually told there's nothing they could do nothing we can do sorry sir there's nothing we can do sorry sir that was the response every single time. If I would have been taking care of and given a different room trust and believe every time I come to Sacramento I would have stayed at your hotel now you've lost a customer for life"

"The panoramic vistas paired with world-class amenities and a team dedicated to personalizing your stay make this hotel the epitome of luxury. I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. There was some minor issues during check in but nothing major and it was quickly resolved. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. The location is a gift and a curse. It's nice, convenient, and right off the freeway. However it was very busy and some of the guests were loud. Can't really fault the hotel for that. Overall I enjoyed my stay."
