"Very dirty. The women’s bathrooms are disgusting. I have pics but I won’t post. The equipment is usually dusty as well. I worked on a machine for about 2 weeks waiting to see how long it would be until it was dusted off. The elliptical machines are also very dirty. If I could leave at zero stars, I would."

"Very displeased with the staff of this gym. I had tried getting a tour of the gym to see if I’d want to start going here, the staff was not welcoming and and I had to call out to someone because there was no one at the front desk. They made me wait and enter in my information just to do the tour which I didn’t understand why I’d have to do that. The female staff member who gave me the tour was very unenthusiastic and had a dead tone explaining everything the gym offers. When I asked about membership costs she did not mention anything about an annual fee just the monthly cost. When I called in today to ask about the annual fee for the 6 month commitment and what would happen after the 6 months, the male staff member who answered the phone was confused and just started explaining the monthly cost so I had to repeat my question. He then said I would not need to pay the annual fee again but then said I would need to change my plan to the normal monthly plan and pay the annual fee again. While the things this gym offers is fine, I cannot go to a gym where the staff doesn’t know their job or how to give good customer service."

"Cleanliness is beyond disgusting. Janitors should be working for every hour this gym is open. Cleaning this gym 40 hours a week is like working out 1X a week and expecting results. No exceptions for health and safety."

"The new manager Peter came in and did a fantastic job adding new classes and up upgrading our group x equipment. The gym has never been cleaner. Also our instructors Kerry and Lisa make working out fun! Thank you Peter, you will be missed."

"The new management at 24 hour fitness is a major letdown worse than the pervious management. The gym's cleanliness has nosedived, exacerbated by the noticeable lack of cleaning materials for members to use. Cutting down the cleaning stations, no toilet papers, available all the time, hair and trash all over the restroom and showers is not acceptable. The answer from the manager is, "corporate tries to save money." It seems profit has taken precedence over member satisfaction. I'm now searching for gym that prioritizes hygiene and values its member more."
