"Shaneen, the manager, definately from a Middle Eastern country, (no offense to those from there) came out & rudely pounded on my window, saying i was parked over 30 minutes & i had to leave or he would have my vehicle towed. I had not been there more than 10 minutes, & I explained that I couldn't find my card. He told me that i should have parked down the street to look for my card, but i didnt know it was missing until I was at 7-11, why would i think of that? Im almost out of gas, & I'm stressin on where is my card, he then interrupted me before I finished, saying "we dont allow this here. You must leave. Go away, we dont want your kind here." So now i cant even shop there? I dont appreciate when employees act like the are god & omnipotent; bestowing mercy on some, & punishment to others, and taking their problems out on a person just because of questionable prior store problems in the past from other people. I felt discriminated against like he was prejudiced; judging me because I am an American female (who is not of his ethnicity); & I was driving a motorhome. I wasn't doing anything but looking for my card. I will never shop at that piece of garbage store. It's the PEOPLE that make a business "good/bad", depending on how a patron is treated. In this case, Shaneen is apparently a power-mad person who uses his Manager status to behave however he wants, & made his store business look very bad, especially he kept saying 'have a nice day' as if that made his very rude behavior acceptable."
"Terrible customer service. I walked up to the counter and said "hello." The Asian guy working the counter totally ignored me because he was too busy texting. He scanned my items, didn't even read off my total he then went off to the other register to help a customer that wanted to buy a lighter. His customer service sucked."
"I come in every Sunday but as of today, I will no longer be returning. I purchased 6 drinks, 2 deli items and 2 wings. 1 drink was spoiled or smelled and tastes really bad. I went to go return/ exchange it and the clerk refused. He said that is the way the drink was suppose to smell and taste. It did not smell like the other 2 that were identical even down to best by date. Because the best buy date was 3-18-2021 the clerk said it was still good. I even brought in the other drink and allowed him to smell both. There was a considerable difference in smell when u open the drinks. He tried playing it off as 'that's the way they are suppose to smell because of the flavor'. All I wanted was to exchange the bad one, but when I took back my good one he bacame infuriated and asked me what I was doing. I told him that I paid for this one and only wanted to exchange for the bad one as I didn't want to leave it on the counter for more personal contact. He wanted me to buy the one I wanted to exchange. He yelled at me that I was confusing him. I did yell back as I was leaving out the door that all I wanted was to exchange the bad smelling drink for the same flavor in the cooler. I am not going there anymore unless it comes under new management. The drink may have only cost me $1.50 but the point was very lousy customer service, and they business isn't loosing money since they can write off damages. I know, I work retail. Would have given a negative score if was able to."
"My main issue with this location from a single visit, checking expiration dates of things on the shelf. Went to get some milk, only to taste what I can only call the most sour milk of my life. I check the carton to see it's directly on the best buy date. Of course, this was thrown away within minutes on my end. This is the first time in my short 20 years of life to buy milk that came spoiled out if the store. The food poisoning was not worth the experience either."
"I was going to purchase two energy drinks based off of a sale promo "buy 1 get 1 free" that was posted on the glass refrigerator door. When I got to the register the lady working scanned the two drinks and on the display screen I see I am being charged full price for both. I informed her that the sign on the door said buy 1 get 1 free, she replied "That sale was over on Monday". Today is Wednesday! She then leaves me @ the register for several minutes to find the guy stocking drinks in the cooler to change the sign. Once she comes back I asked if she was going to honor her advertisement and she said "NO". This place is a sham, I will never come back to purchase anything from this 7 eleven. I would suggest the 7 eleven off Florin-Perkins and Fruitridge. O yeah, the blowers on the carwash didnt work either...I hate this store."
