"I recently stayed here and I must say, it was a great experience. While the breakfast spread was undeniably delightful, what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by Laura and Elizabeth at the breakfast room. From the moment I arrived, Laura and Elizabeth greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request made me feel truly valued as a guest."
"By far one of the worst places i have ever stayed in. No free parking. The rooms smell horible and evrything is outdated. I have never felt so unsafe staying ANYWHERE! small dark showers. This place is dirty, loud and not worth the money or fearing someone might be breaking in, in the middle of the night."
"Im not going to lie I had to book a room asap in downtown for an event and this spot helped me with that. The customer service is very generous and the housekeepers are nice. There’s this guy name Alejandro very helpful. The room is nice clean and chill. I recommend this place no problems"
"My room had no microwave or curtains!!! The room was overpriced. The parking is over priced. The front desk staff is rude and non-accommodating!!! The carpet in the room was extremely filthy with stains on it. Bathroom wall was coming apart. And the breakfast items were all expired! Not a good experience here at all. It’s overpriced just because of the location. The rooms are not well equipped for what you’re paying."
"Not as nice as the photos, but ok. Things I'd want to know: I saw no bugs of any kind, sheets were soft, pillows were great, bed was fine. There were a lot of homeless a few blocks away but not directly around the hotel. Breakfast was OK, lady working there does a good job. CONS: Internet is non existent on the 3rd floor. You can get in, but you push something, wait 5 minutes, push another button, 5 more minutes. Tried multiple times; It was never faster. Thin walls and we were next to a couple that should get a divorce from fighting ALL NIGHT. I'm sure you do not want anything other than the third floor, because of upstairs neighbors. Parking is $19 a day in front of the rooms. If you street park, it's free after 6pm and all day Sunday. One street you can't park M, W or Friday overnight and the other street not on Tuesday or Thursday. You can make it work. Stairs need some stripping on them to show depth. They slope down a little, which can be treacherous. Elevator works, but I wouldn't trust it. Shower is just the right height for children and persons that are 5 foot nothing. They have large shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap in the shower, but two of the three were out for us. They did replace the two empties at our request after the first night. They don't answer the phone if you call from your room. You will have to go to the office for any need you have."
