"I love this place, overall much cleaner than 24 Hour Fitness in Cypress/Los Alamitos. The evening hours are however lacking. Closing at 9p is a bit short. Extended hours to at least 11p would be great."

"Great family center for your gym time, swim time, exercising, classes, etc. We love the trunk or treat event every Halloween. After Covid the participating cars have diminished, but the kids still enjoy it. The staff is very friendly, and helpful."
