Reviews of US Immigration Court
"There's a supervisor on the 15th floor that is the worst employee you'll ever see in your life! Avoid dealing with her at all costs. She is mean and doesn't get anything done. She hinders the process and makes things more difficult. She's the one sitting in the back. The employees at the front are good but sadly she is their supervisor maybe. When she's not there, things go smooth but if she's there you'll hate your day! Avoid her. She's mean and unprofessional and hateful."
"I am being inhumanlyTraffickeByWillmingtonAndGardenaCAUSAIt feelLike Your LACountyIs taking the last name out on me it's not funny Mrs.OK"
"Marni F. Guerrero is the most corrupt, evil and shady prosecutor I’ve ever seen and SHE’S A JUDGE NOW!!!!! Lord have mercy on all these asylum seekers and immigrants that will not be given a chance to fight their case... They will be treated as criminals and be deported by Marni Guerrero... She used my phone calls while I was ‘detained’ by ICE as evidence in my case, she attacked my wife, sister and mother in law on the stand, she had the prosecutor and lead defendant on my criminal case testify in my deportation proceedings.... She appealed on the spot when judge BRUCE A TAYLOR gave me bond and put an emergency stay so I couldnt post bond.... Etc Etc Etc I was in ICE detention for 2 years and STILL LOST MY CASE... She ruined my life and may God get her back... Piece of advice: don’t even try to fight your case there is no chance anymore..."
"Court schedule between trial sessions are six+ months... cases last years until verdict. No free representation is provided... if you decide to represent yourself during trial, "you have a fool for a lawyer"."
