"From 10:45 AM, I have been trying to get through to someone in the consulate. No one answers the phone and there is no way that I can leave a message for anyone because the consulate's telephone/voice-mail system is totally messed up. The menu takes the caller to voice-mail when the appropriate button is pressed to leave a message, but the recording continues saying, "Sorry I can't do that right now." Kindly check it out. This happens with very extension from the operator to the consul. People call a consulate to get accurate information on current situations mostly travel to the country during a pandemic. It is frustrating when there is no one available to answer a question. I have no option but to write to the president to look into what's happening at the consulate."
