"Be careful when buying jewelry for the “body, face & ears” or they say! Their associates don’t warn you that it cannot be returned until you read the receipt or decide to return. The jewelry quality is very cheap for a reason."

"I wish I could give zero stars. They have terrible staff. So rude. They forgot to follow their steps and so I couldn’t get my reciept and they made me wait an hour for that receipt. After an hour wait when I asked them to expedite the process they asked me to wait another 30mins. Just to return a tiny piece of jewelry I had to wait 1.5 hours. They were throwing tantrums at the counter while trying to resolve the issue and they were so upset and rude to me that I was asking for my receipt. They were so distracted throughout the process. None of them knew what they were doing. I wouldn’t but anything from here. Tons of more options around."

"HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES. -1000 stars if i could. every time we go, staff is crazy rude and terrible mood and mean. if you ask them anything, they will get angry at you. honestly, it is impressive that Lovisa can hire all the rudest people in the planet to work in this store. they use costumers to vent out their anger. Do not go to this store unless you want your day ruined."

"Cashier was so rude , she charged full price for 4 for $15 and the ones with 60% off as well. Total was $72. When I asked why is the bill high, she got angry and didnt even care to reply. She herself locked the return transaction, asked for signature , thats it. She used swear words and returned $50 change and asked me to get lost. Neither she gave me the other 4 pair ear rings , nor the amount for it and her language is another level."
