"Employees have always been attentive and polite. My only complaint is that I have a payment method saved on their system and it only works just over half of the time. There is a system problem that has not been taken seriously for over a year. Still, the employees and location make up for any shortcomings. This remains my pharmacy."

"No clue why this new Walgreens does not have it together, but they definitely do not. According to my Google timeline, my dentist pulled my tooth in 1.5 hours but I then waited on Walgreens for THREE HOURS to then get my rx's filled. I waited WITH TOOTH PAIN!! I could be wrong, but i think there were 3 girls there, plus the pharmacist, who was also busy giving COVID shots. If the folks there aren't sufficient, hire some more. I was told 2 different times that it would only be about 10-15 more minutes. Three hours. THREE HOURS."

"I was hoping the refill process would improve after Walgreens purchased Rite Aide and that wasn’t an improvement that was made, sadly seeing as they are a pharmacy. They never have the prescription in stock and we have to wait days for them to order and receive the medication. Most of the time they don’t bother to call or text to let you know the medication isn’t in stock."
