"My first experience here was bad - rude customer service - but I try to give retail workers the benefit of the doubt. I've had no issues using this ups store for dropping off packages but I absolutely cannot recommend them if you have anything large/valuable/fragile. I left this keyboard with them and this is what my buyer received after I paid $65 for a "custom box" and packing. Your best bet is to do your own packing or find another option in my opinion"
