"Their refund/exchange policy is terrible. For example, if you buy 3 items, they give you 3 items for free, however, you are not allowed to return or exchange any of the 3 free items. When I purchased the items, I asked an employee if they were refundable/exchangeable, and she said that they were. However, when I tried to exchange one of the items (which happened to be one of the 3 free items), she told me that it was not exchangeable in a rude and disgusting manner. That same employee claimed that she knew a lot about fashion, telling me that she majored in fashion design. She managed to convince me to buy some of the items that she thought looked good on me, and talked to me in a very disgusting manner when I simply wanted to exchange an item. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"
