"Not a good experience with the customer service from this dispensary. My girlfriend and I wanted a high THC tincture and had seen a bottle on their website that had 1000mg of THC per bottle. We came in to get it, but unfortunately they were sold out. We asked the salesperson for something comparable and she recommended a bottle that was good for sleep which would be a good alternative. Once examined the bottle in the parking lot, we realized the tincture only had 125mg THC for the entire bottle (not remotely close to the 1000mg per bottle we were seeking). We went in to see about exchanging for a bottle that has 1000mg, which should have been the option recommended to us in the first place, but all sales are final. No offer for a discount or anything on the 1000mg bottle. We just got attitude from the salesperson. We will be spending our money at another dispensary from now on."

"Roxanne was super helpful! We were looking for a specific strain, but it had sold out. We went with one she suggested as similar, it was very similar and exactly what we were looking for! Another product I wanted was sold out, she helped by offering me the last unit inside the display (after i turned down all other comparable products). Overall great service and knowledgeable staff! We drive from Ventura county to Santa Barbara location (45minutes each way!) because we never leave here disappointed!! 10/10 every day of the week!"
