"I have been at Extended Stay America - Pleasant Hill - Buskirk Ave. for three months. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and functional, but I have taken care to bring my own hybrid Ninja air fryer and quick cooker for my longer stay. This could help you too with greater food prep satisfaction than the compact cooking ranges already there. It is not a luxury hotel, but it can provide a restful stop in a hectic life."

"My recent three-day stay at Extended Stay America exceeded all expectations and left me thoroughly impressed. Upon check-in, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. Entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and cleanliness. The spacious layout provided ample room to move around, and the furnishings were modern and tasteful. The kitchenette was a fantastic addition, allowing me to prepare simple meals and snacks during my stay. Overall, my stay was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a home away from home during their travels. I certainly look forward to returning in the future."

"HORRIBLE!!! Do not stay here!! I repeat do NOT stay here. We received a knock on our door at 9:30pm on a Saturday night with a man asking for my family to open the door. When I asked who he was, he kept saying “Open the door. Open the door. I need to talk to you.” I told him I’m not going to open the door and what does he want. He continue to say “Open the door. Open the door.” I told him no I’m not opening the door. Then he stated that he’s the front desk. I asked him what he wanted because it’s 9:30pm and I’m not going to open the door because I’m not sure who he is and that if he’s really the front desk for him to call me to let me know what he wants. He waited and paused and then said “I’m the front desk. Is this your trash out here? If it is, you need to take it out to the bin.” I told him that I will take out the trash and then he went silent. Ten minutes after that, I decided to call the front desk to make sure it’s them because who would knock on our door at 9:30pm not introducing themselves and demanding for me to open my door. When I called the front desk a lady picked up. I told her about the situation and she said “Yes, it is us that knocked on your door. It was very rude and disrespectful of you not to open your door. We have our uniforms on.” I told the lady that it’s 9:30pm and why would they knock and demand for us to open our door at night? Why wouldn’t they call us? There are incidents where there are people dressed up in uniforms robbing people. Then she said “Whatever, just take your trash!” I was so stunned with her attitude, I just hung up the phone. After 5 minutes, I did call 3-4 times to try to get her name, but she wouldn’t pick up anymore. HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

"Extended Stay America Pleasant Hill overall has a very inviting easy going atmosphere, staff are very attentive and professional . Amenities are available at all times if you are looking for an home away from home this your choice ! Close travel to restaurants and or convenience stores ! Also, Yes it is very clean here you will see staff cleaning through out the entire day which is always appreciated. Thank you to all staff at Extended Stay America in Pleasant Hill !"
