"What great meat! I mean, great quality meats aren't common, really. We bought some marinated beef, some sausages (with cheese), and the Hamburger (that they make from the end cuts on the more choice meat cuts. All were quality meats. If you don't know this place is here, you will drive right by. Parking is sparse. They have a nice freezer selection as well. Not many exotics however. We also bought a brisket sandwich too. Which was very tasty on Dutch Crunch bread, however the meat could have been softer."

"This is our favorite place to get tasty sausages and steaks. The staffs are knowledgeable and very friendly. Yesterday when we were there, we were greeted by the owner Sarah. She invited us to the back to see how the hogs were butchered by the masters, the giant freezer, the smokers and the machinery for sausage making. We got our favorite sausages, as well as freshly cut pork belly which I will make five spices braised pork belly from the family recipe passed from my grandmother."

"Amazing tritip sandwich. Get the BBQ style on Dutch Crunch. Great meat dept. You can sit outside to eat but it's very basic but there's a bathroom. Would be nice if they made the seating more pleasant."
