"Bought a sports drink and when I opened it, I noticed it was previously opened and had dirty residue inside floating. I tried to return and it and the staff refused and said it’s my job to check their product before buying. This 7-11 will sell dirty and defective products and won’t take responsibility. Very dangerous staff who won’t check product quality."

"The night cashier ... Who I now know is named "Resham" is always subtly disrespectful. .. But its a 7/11 ... so who cares ... This evening things just reached another pinnacle when it seemed as though his goal was to see how far he could push subtle disrespect and racism - the lowest point in Palo Alto .... avoid this store And you will enjoy the area . Cheap but not worth it ."

"No complaints for daytime staff, nice and helpful. I literally live across the street but at night will drive the extra two miles to hit up a different 7eleven because the night time cashier is beyond rude and unpleasant. Not worth the convenience."
