"The foreign man is very rude and confusing. He called my room 6 times threatening to take my deposit if I didn't pay an extra fee for not taking my shoes off before getting into the hotel. Total weirdos here!!"

"We got to the room and the first thing we did was check for bed bugs because we saw a couple previous reviews, mattress looked good until we looked under the skirt/box spring cover and there was bugs literally falling onto the floor and crawling everywhere, absolutely disgusting, DO NOT GO HERE."

"My reservation did not indicate anything about a smoking room, yet they insisted that was what my reservation said. Furthermore you could hear through the walls so easily. My blanket literally had holes in it."

"We wanted to stay at this place for one night; the woman at the reception gave us a price which was much higher than we saw on the internet; when she was looking at her availability, she specifically asked if we wanted a non-smoking room. Since she couldn’t match the price, so we booked the room on one of those low rate sites while she was waiting. While booking, the site did not ask me about smoking / non-smoking preference; when our booking went through the receptionist told us that we booked a smoking room which of course was not the case. I checked my reservation confirmation and it had no information that the room was smoking; she refused looking at the confirmation. I asked her if she could give to us a non-smoking room regardless of what she saw on her computer, because she had it; she refused, said that she will follow only what the system told her. Overall, the situation looked like she specifically wanted to push a smoking room to us, because we booked it through a third party at a cheaper price. I asked her to show on her computer where it said that it was a smoking; first she refused then she showed us code KS which sounded more like king side instead of smoking. Regardless, the whole experience was terrible. I would not stay there even if it was a castle with plush surroundings instead of a cheap motel. I called the booking company and cancelled the reservation; they granted a refund, even though it was non-refundable. They also confirmed that the motel did not provide them with a choice for smoking / non-smoking option."
