"I joined 10th planet Poway almost a year ago after being enrolled at another gym. Kevin the head coach and Josh both were so welcoming from day one. They allowed me feel apart of their gym and team. Anytime I feel like I’m not understanding a move I know I’ll be able to get help from any one of the coaches (kevin, josh, and sam) almost right away. This is the best gym I’ve trained at since starting combat training in 2021. Highly recommend this place. See you on the mats!!"

"Been training here for about 4 years now. Been grappling for over 10 years. Been a member at several gyms from all over and this the spot. 10th Planet Poway has the best mix of all styles of grapplers I’ve seen- wrestlers, lockdown pros, guard pullers, leg lockers, wristlockers, you name it. You’re going to learn it all. Kevin has the most creative style I’ve seen and while the competitors are some of the best in the area, there’s a spot for hobbyists like me that just like to do a local competition every year or so as well. Moms, dads, kids, everyone here is just looking to learn, get better and test themselves a little. Every class has a rainbow of belt colors (experience level for my newbies out there). You really couldn’t ask for a better environment."
