"No tea or lemon packets. There's no tea made and a total apathy about doing work here. I was excited to stop on the way home and get a tea, but there's absolutely no tea made and even if there were, there are no lemons or even the tru lemon product packets. All of the Thornton's seem to be not stocking lemon anymore and it's making me choose to go other places that I don't like as much. Please fix this."
"First of all, the popeyes was horrible. The service was decent but the food was gross. The red beans and rice was watered down and tasted horrible, and the chicken was beyond greasy than normal compared to other locations. Also, with this being a truck stop as well, you would think they would have coffee ready to go around 6 am, but no. Instead, there were 5 employees all standing around talking and giggling and refused to even ring up a customer."

"Stopped in for gas and a snack. When we pulled up to the gas pumps all of them rlhad red bags over the nozzles. There were a lot of drink station options, but the soda station was all foam no matter the drink we tried. It was so foamy it looked like there was soap bubbles in the cup. I wanted to get some Iced coffee, and halfway through dispensing the coffee I realized the labels weren't correct. I was pushing the caramel button but realized the small label on the nozzle said 'Saturday mocha', on a Sunday at that. So either the labels were wrong or someone loaded the machine wrong. When we went to checkout the cashier was on her phone so we used the self checkout. The only employee that said hey or was friendly, was the guy at the food/drink counter."
"The young lady that took care of me at popeye's chicken was very professional. However, they did not put all of my food in the bag. I felt the wings were extremely small for the price. I wanted to call up and speak to someone however there is no phone number on the receipt. The customer service 866 number that is on the receipt is not working. I was very excited to try them out at this new location but feel very let down."
