"WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THE “outlet” SECTION!! Recently purchased a sectional from Bobs from the “Outlet” section in the back of the store. My Dad and I were so impressed with how nice the sectional was IN the store so we decided to purchase. Took about 30 minutes to arrange our friend to help us haul the furniture home. We were told to drive to the back and ring the bell when we were ready. We loaded the furniture and once we unloaded at our house I instantly noticed how dirty and worn the sectional looked. IT WAS NOT THE SAME SECTIONAL I PAID FOR IN THE STORE. NOW IM BEING TOLD THAT IM STUCK WITH THIS USED AND DIRTY SECTIONAL"

"What I liked about bobs discount is that the employees weren't pushy . They approach you and ask you questions but will let you shop in peace without haggling you behind your back to buy something. Me and my fiance were looking for furniture for our our future apartment and we purchased a sectional couch and a love seat recliner for half the price in the discount area of the store. The couch may have had a few wrinkles and was missing a cable and some other small defects but we got the couch we were looking for at half the price we would have payed. I highly recommend if you are on a budget and you don't mind buying a piece of furniture that has a few scratches or little stains you can clean out your self or fix then go to the back of the store were they have many couches on discount and a few table sets for half the price than on the showroom. The couch on the picture was 1100 dollars and was originally almost 2"
