"We were in line at the pharmacy drive-thru at 10 til 8. (Three cars in line.) When we pull up to the window, they turned off the lights, and closed the window. For a drug they didn’t have ready when they were supposed to earlier in the night and that we needed tonight.!!! This is my third trip. Switching all prescriptions to Kroger. They couldn’t stay open an extra three minutes? Unbelievable."

"Sat in line for 1:32 for a COVID test. Was told it was my fault I missed my appointment and had to reschedule. Tried to show pictures in the line and was IGNORED. Went inside and was called a liar and to leave. I said I have pictures with time stamps from the line, and the you, blond pony tailed pharmacy tech said I was lying because the guys behind me said they had only been waiting 20 minutes, then told me to leave. I asked for the pharmacist. She said I should have been on time and corporate won’t allow tests after 5 and I had to leave now. I said was never doing business with Walgreens again and the Pharmacist said good. What a great way to treat a ten year customer. They never apologized and laughed at me like it was my fault the whole time. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. If anyone at Walgreens cares, I still have the time stamped pictures."
