"Yesterday was my first drop in class at this Crossfit box. Even though I am experienced Crossfitter , this was the best warm welcoming I’ve ever experienced. The gym was immaculate, and clean . The owner was present to Greet us And show us around. The coach was outstanding, He knew how to coach the class and spread his time evenly. I will definitely be back sometime in the future."

"Wanted to preface this by saying that I’m an Olympic lifter, not a Crossfitter. I bought a visitor pass since I was in town for the holidays, and let me just say that I felt very welcomed, and they had all of the gear I needed. The facilities are awesome, and I was able to get in a solid two hour workout each of the 4 times I went there during the holidays. They had all of the Olympic gear, including Olympic bars (20kg), Olympic weights (kg), and 4 platforms which could be used while the CrossFit classes were happening. The best value for me was the 100/week pass, which included access to the Olympic lifting gear, the cold plunge, and the sauna.Otherwise, it’s $30 for drop in. Christine was the most welcoming and very communicative over email. Highly recommend this gym, I’ll be back every holiday!"

"Best Gym I have EVER been too! And I've been to and worked at a LOT. Couldn't ask for better owners they do such an amazing job with setting the tone of the gym and taking care of the community. I get lost pretty easily but I've never felt lost here. Everyone is so engaged and engaging. The coaches are awesome and so easy to talk to. They are paying attention and they care, They take their teaching skills and craft seriously. All of this trickles down to the members (community) "It starts from the top!"
