"Customer service is very unprofessional with clients, very difficult to contact an eligibility worker. Epedidited services are prolonged and/or ignored. They need more educated and willing employed to provide a good service to our community. Public servants refuse to identify themselves. Extremely unfortunate for our community to have such a callused government workforce that lack empathy or urgency to help and assist. Instead they speak with an ill tounge and attitude towards people who need assistance. Such a shame.."
