"My Mom is staying here and everyone has been so good to her. They keep me posted and facilities are clean , food is decent and the activities are def appreciated. Most of her friends have left and she gets lonely but everyone tries to keep her busy and motivated. They are very welcoming. I work in the acute medical field, you can tell they like their job, It makes a huge difference in quality of care when you have an appreciated staff. Thank you for all you do. Sharon P and Family"

"5 stars for Pleasant Hill Post Acute! I would give more if I could! The staff is so nice and helpful and professional. They really see their patients. When I first arrived, I could not walk. I needed physical therapy 5 days a week. I was very nervous about getting out of bed and trying to get stronger. With help from Jordan and Sarah and Cynthia and Jolyn, and Peter, I soon was feeling stronger and more confident. The nursing staff was wonderful! Martha and Simron took great care of me. There is also a large staff of CNA's. (Certified Nurses Assistant)They were always there when I needed them. Amber, Nims, Lili and many others were available 24/7. If I forgot anyone, it's because my memory is bad, not because I don't remember you. The staff does their job with a smile and professionalism that isn't always seen these days. We also had an activities room and an activities director. Lots of fun activities were planned for us. We had a couple of singing concerts, and BINGO. One day we had a painting party on the patio. The food was good. I was there for a couple of months and there were only 2 dinners that I couldn't eat. In that case you get a choice of something else for dinner. I'm the end, I was able to WALK out the front door (with a walker). The whole experience was a good one for me and I recommend Pleasant Hill Post Acute highly. Miss you all, Karen Bernhardy"

"Went for a tour for my mom last month, surprised on how comforting the facility looked considering it looked big from the outside. I was pleasantly greeted at the door by Melissa who took me around the facility, she was very warm and caring and very knowledgeable about the services, I was sure I will pick them but we ended up just taking my mom home. I have been talking about this facility since my tour and in the event we need one this will be the place I will go ro."
