"I actually attend RISE in Forma gym weekly. Every single instructor is absolutely fabulous and knowledgeable. Especially when it comes to the body’s Neuro system. I have MS and working with each instructor of RISE has made me so aware of how to try and make the parts of my body work like they used to. I am so thankful for what they know. Every one of them are fun to be around. They make you work, but they also make you smile."

"Great club with a sense of community at its heart. They offer a variety of classes and equipment that appeals to everyone as well as their “Rise” program which supports those challenged with neuromuscular issues. Only issue I foresee is a need for more space. Now that Covid is waining, and membership is increasing, it can be difficult to secure certain classes."

"While the gym is great and I like it a lot, many important things go unattended and unrepaired. The bikes in the cycling room are not serviced often enough and the video screen has been non functional for a number of months. There have been other good upgrades to the gym- new floors, towel shelves, etc. It seems to me the equipment should be paramount for funds and attention."

"First of all, I’ve been a member of Forma for a very long time. I used to belong to other gyms in they area but they all moved or went out of business. So I came here because the facilities are excellent and I like what the owner has done with the place. He’s young and ambitious. Over the years, most areas of the gym have been remodeled or upgraded but my favorite feature has not changed - the outdoor workout area shaded by Redwood trees. It’s awesome. I don’t use it every time but I love that it’s there. The locker rooms are nice, the equipment is excellent and they have a great lounge in front.
