"Avoid this chain business at all cost for your immigration medical examination. Yes, they are cheap. But their management and efficiency is terrible! They wasted 3 months on my case and always say they are "processing". But in the end they told me that they could not find the lab results I submitted long time ago! I cannot review on their other services, but their documentation management and immigration exam is the most terrible doctor I have ever seen."

Both are very knowledgeable, take the time to explain what happened, why it happened, and the best outcome to heal. I don't feel rushed, nor do I don't feel I'm in a ER and they are trying to move patients."

"Don't go to this place, they don't value your time and are not professional. I booked an appointment using their online system. I get multiple mails about request being received and confirmation. I go to the clinic and they say they don't have it in their system because of a software issue. The receptionist gives me an appointment on Monday 8:20 AM asks me to come at 8 AM. I reach there at 8 and the door is locked. I wait for 15 min and give a call. The person says patients are not allowed until the doctor has arrived and he is not sure of ETA. At 8:45 they allow us inside but the doctor with whom I have an appointment has not arrived and there is no ETA . I just have to wait. They ask for insurance card and fill some forms. I do that, and they ask me to pay 120$ deductible. I have my deductible met for the insurance. They should just bill insurance and get paid. But they are just asking me to pay upfront. They still don't have an ETA on when the doctor will arrive it's 9:30 , which is an hour after my appointment time. I cancelled my appointment and left that place. This has been the worst hospital experience in Bay area, I wasted 3 hours of my time for nothing."
