"They recognize that the one register that was open had a long line so they quickly opened another one"
"When I went in there to let them know that there was poor quality with one of their products, and that it must have been damaged in transit, (even though the packaging wasn't damaged) the manager said that's my problem. She said I opened it, and the quality is irrelevant. I called corporate like they told me to do, and corporate said that there is nothing in their policy about damaged open products. They don't care if it's been damaged or bad quality. It's bad store policy."
"Everything was fine. If I were to nitpick, I'd just say it could be a bit more organized & stocked. Employees were dine. It's a pretty alright Dollar Tree overall."
"Nothing can be as dismal as going to walk into a store and there is a homeless person perched right at the doorway asking everybody coming in and out of the doorway for handouts. What's even worse is you go up to an employee that the register as I did, and tell them about it, and the register person looks right at the homeless person in front of the door and says all well, there's nothing I can do about it. Or this something I can do about it I just won't go back. I really don't feel like being accosted by a begger. Looked pretty well fed as well at 25."
"Nice Customer service.. Very Clean. And Great Deals and all kinds of good stuff!"
